Since this is a residential area, it is important to respect the peace and harmony of the neighborhood. For this reason, the following rules apply:

1) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
2) The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
3) Out of respect for the neighbors, the property is equipped with a decibel monitoring system.
4) The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be at least 25 years old. Parties and noise that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted.
5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Any additional guests staying overnight will incur an extra charge. Daytime visitors, even if they do not stay overnight, must be reported to and authorized in advance by the property.
