'if location, location, location was the most important signifier, then this property is a superstar. It is right in the middle of a wonderful collection of restaurants and bars, and shops all within short distances. Additionally, when we had a problem early on with the ingress and egress to the building, it was easy to contact the property owner and get an immediate positive response. 'The room was smaller than expected, it was basically just a bed and a balcony but it had a great view. There was AC, laundry, and 2 washrooms that were shared which was nice. It did get a bit loud at night and my room was right by the front door so it was also loud whenever people went in and out. So overall not the bestest experience compared to an actual hotel, but still not the worst. The location was okay too, central to everything but the abandoned building next door had some awful writing...

'We had a fantastic 2 night stay in the heart of Madrid. A 2-minute walk to Gran Via and walking distance to many main plazas. The hotel room was clean and accommodated 3 adults comfortably. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting in bathroom over the sink. Staff was helpful in arranging taxi for drive to airport. Thanks for a great stay!!'
