'Uitstekend hotel, mooi ruime kamers en ziet er nieuw uit. Fantastisch ontbijt. De 4 liften aan de buitenkant geven een mooie aanschouwing van de omgeving. De metro is dicht bij. Wij hadden steeds een 10-ritten kaart gekocht. Die is overdraadbaar aan je medereizigers. Kosten € 6,10. '

'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'
