'The property was as expected. Vanrays Management was openly hostile. They had a chip on their shoulder and a combative attitude about every one of our requests. Upon arrival, we had no towel larger than a hand towel and it took two days of arguing for them to send bath towels AND they still insisted we had bath towels and they had sent a second pair of bath towels.
