'Clean rooms, great staff and a lot of available parking despite having a lot of guests'

'The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.'

'the room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. we liked having the little kitchenette and it was suitably set up for simple meal preparation. the location is out of town, so we found it peaceful, and it was handy to Mount Panorama which my husband liked. it is a large, somewhat rambling facility with some communal areas like lounges and kitchenettes, that might appeal if conditions meant you need to stay indoors. 'We stayed in the 3 bedroom house and it was lovely. Plenty of spare towels, too, which is always a plus. The managers were extremely friendly and helpful, both via texts and in person. NB: Parking was quite tight.Also, the electric blanket is broken in the middle room. '
