'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'This is a beautiful place to stay. Pools, palm trees, bars- you name it. Every staff member was very nice, and we were able to get help when needed. Food being 24/7 was somewhat of a problem, but there was an option; it was just a bit far. So food options were difficult, as we didn't know we needed to reserve dinner tables for every night we wanted to eat outside the buffet. The beaches were not clean this time of year, but I would come back to this same resort again when they are. 4.5/5'
