'This hotel offered exactly what I was looking for in a comfortable and well-located stay. Part of studio suites were modern and had thoughtful amenities that made the stay easy. 'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'

'Overpriced, the staff hardly speaks English, everyone wants a tip for every little thing, and you get tricked into a 90 minute timeshare speech. I thought I was getting a free cabana for a day because they switched rooms on us when we got there, but no, the free cabana was only if you went through the 90 minute timeshare speech. They try to get you at every turn. The food was average to bad, especially the buffet. We were supposed to get the Presidential One suite, but of course, it wasn’t...
