'Melodie was a great host and the property was wonderful, as described! Very clean, new construction and interiors, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and beautiful pool. Melodie provided posted instructions for all functional systems on the property to explain operations. In addition, Melodie put notable effort into providing sustainable products and practices on this property. I appreciate her attention to detail...

'Joanne and Mike's place is a beautiful place with high ceilings and beautiful molding. It's also very convenient to Stanford. We enjoyed the patios and gardens in a quiet neighborhood, and the pleasant weather. We also enjoyed the rosemary hedges. Such a nice aroma! The kitchen was fairly well equipped. I would have appreciated some containers for leftovers and a step stool for getting things off the higher shelves. The bathtub is a deep tub which we appreciated, but some might not like it...

'There were way too many nicknacks in the room and bathroom which we had to move out of the way to put our stuff down. Too much furniture too to the point where you had 18” to squeeze thru to get to the bathroom. Some of the rugs and blankets were tired. Great location, enjoyed the outdoor patio.'

'Pictures of property and descriptions on booking sites were misleading: Google map and couple sites show pool (apparently no pool since at least 2020 according to staff), no breakfast, no WiFi access provided, etc. Property was adequately clean but some of the pillows were stained (covered by pillowcases), a couple of the sheets had holes, etc. The mattresses were okay but squeaked with every movement. Inn is supposed to be non-smoking but there was odor of cigarette smoke at night coming from...
