'Close to shopping mall and good public transport options '

'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe. Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'

'After a great stay at LUMA Hotel in New York, we were curious to see how the San Francisco version compared — and it did not disappoint. The hotel has the same modern look and feel and is in a pleasant, easily accessible location. We received a warm welcome and were given a spacious, clean room on the 12th floor with lovely views over the city and Mission Creek. The room was very comfortable: quiet air conditioning, a huge TV, excellent beds, plenty of storage, lots of lighting options and...

'Centrale locatie. Heerlijke kussens.

'The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we booked a room with a king bed, the pictures for that booking showed a room 3x as large as the one we got. I talked to the staff to ask for a discount since the picture was misleading. I have never had a more gaslighting conversation in my life. He insisted that I needed to be the one to contact Expedia myself and that he and the hotel had absolutely no responsibility or ability to do that themselves. It was a special weekend for me and my...
