'It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs'

'The lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. I asked her where the nearest shop to buy my son a boogie board was and she gave him one of her own. She saved this Mom time so I got to spend more time with my family instead of shopping. It was less than a one minute walk to the beach. The beds were clean and decently comfortable, we will definitely be back.'
