'I am not one to exaggerate for reviews, so believe me when I tell you this resort was wonderful. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We had a suite and the kitchen was spotless. We had a side view balcony and the view of the beach was still great. The deck restaurant (forgot name) has a nice bar, tables, with palm trees for the island feel. The pool is large compared to other hotels/resorts. Outside tables and the firepit was nice. 'There are maintenance company needs to stay on top of it. Broken telephone, no utensils, second degree burning hot water, broken hair dryer...to name a few.

'We had just left quality Inn beach front from 6/28 to 7/2 . We decided to stay extra day but they didn't have any rooms left so we booked extra night at kokomo suites. 'Had a great overall stay here. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and other things. The only bad thing I would say is that the room had a funky smell to it, almost like water had gotten in at some point and was not addressed. 'Great pool, live music, staff. Parking was easy in the lot. Great view in ocean view room without balcony. Good ac. Musty smell when it was off. Love the fact that we could get umbrella MUCH cheaper than other stands. Biggest complaint was the abysmal Wi-Fi. Absolutely horrendous. My son sat in the bathroom to use his Wi-Fi because that is where the signal was the “best”.'
