'**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. 'We had a quiet, comfortable stay here. The location was great for the variety of activities we had planned at various locations all over LA and the private parking space was a huge plus. Easy check in/out and excellent communication. Bonus points for their video showing how to access the private parking spot out back. Knowing exactly where to park in advance made checking in so much easier, especially after being on the road for hours. We will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips...
