'This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach!'

'Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.'

'Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...
