'Great room and customer service. I loved how the rooms had record players you can use only bad thing I have to say is that they charge you for parking 😅 the surrounding areas and neighborhoods all have signs saying no hotel parking so I just found it shocking that they charge you for overnight parking (45$). Overall it was nice and cute vibes and lots of surrounding stores and things to eat and shop at!'

'The inside of the room was OK. It was the outside that was a problem for us, lots of traffic going on people hanging out outside. What looked to be like somebody was having a party in one of the rooms hardly got any rest because you can hear people walking back-and-forth. I booked for two nights but did not stay the last night. I spoke with front desk about issuing a refund. They stated that they would, but I have yet not to receive that.'

'The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Not like the listing AT ALL!!!! we did not feel safe staying here, stains all over the sheets, chunks of dust on the bathroom door frame. Everything was disgustingly dirty. When spoke to front desk we were promised a 3 nights refund but the hotel only followed through with a two night refund and pocketed the other two night. I do not recommend staying here even if it’s your last resort…. reviews are far from true'
