'Nice quiet location. Sort of a B&B without any breakfast. Went to Urth Caffe for breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good WIFI and AC. Small shower but lots of hot water and pressure. Parking is limited.'

It is a short walk from the beach (though a steep one, so be prepared) and an easy drive to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. The house was well appointed with linens and beach supplies. 'This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There were many fans which were needed because a lot of the windows do not open. That would be our only complaint. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental.
