'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'This property was just remodeled and everything was brand new. The location is perfect, the staff were so kind and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The gym was probably the best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. It had everything you could want. We already booked another stay!'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Chic decor, comfy rooms, great staff, excellent restaurant (Contessa). The only things that weren’t perfect were longish waits for one of the three elevators, and 40 minutes to get breakfast room service ( so I advise ordering breakfast the night before to make sure it arrives exactly when you want it).
