'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'We had a great stay in Boston and the Chester was perfect for our trip. First time in Boston so we did a lot of the usual things, but this location was great to easily connect with bus and train options as we decided not to rent a vehicle. Space was comfortable for group of three - lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We were touring a lot, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was very comfortable and would definitely come back again!'

'Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. 'This is not a blow, your socks off property by any means! Dated and just ok. You’ll get the same thing for far less expense at a Sheraton, Hilton or Hyatt. Staff waa nice. There was nothing bad but certainly nothing spectacular or memorable to rave about.'
