'Super nice place! Idalia and Ivana were so welcoming and helpful! Love the design, location and service. One point of improvement could be the breakfast, which for the price of the stay has few options and the portions are small, but the quality is good!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for the past few days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience.
The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated.
Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. There is a variety of dining options available close in the area. It was a pleasure to have so many choices for meals, catering to different tastes.
Furthermore, having a beautiful sandy beach directly accessible from the resort was a huge bonus. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the stunning Caribbean surroundings.

"I went there for work, and I want to be calm after work and not have too much commotion. I benefited a lot from this. From the moment I checked in at the desk, I was warmly welcomed by two ladies, whose names I am not great at remembering, but I received explanations about everything I wanted to know, and they were super cheerful and present throughout my stay. If you want to know their names, I will look it up in my notes. You can't miss them. Then there’s Christena, who chats with you in the morning—so positive—and Joycelyn is the same. They ask every day if everything is fine and clean, and if they can clean at certain times. Everything was well organized for me by the four ladies. If I ever return to SXM, I will definitely make a reservation there. Thank you all four for your warm service."
"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
"In the room there would be a refrigerator, a coffee maker plates and cups etc. But there was nothing, there was only one chair and a bed. It was clean though.
Tired from the trip we went to sleep, the next day we filed a complaint and asked for a refund.
But the receptionist said we should have asked, then it would have been arranged.
But I don't think they wouldn't have connected a refrigerator that same night.
We also sat right next to the church, which also made a lot of noise.
