'All of us were so impressed with Villa Victoria. The views are awesome, the pools was perfect, and the house had every amenity you could think of. We have all been friends since high school and live in different cities. This was the perfect place for us to reconnect and create new memories. 'Marie (and Marjorie) have done an excellent job with this unit. They are very responsive and available for any questions you may have before, during, and after your stay. Download WhatsApp prior to you arrival in St. Martin as most of the island uses it.The beach in front of the unit albeit pretty, is not swimmable due to rocks… I already knew this and was prepared to check out several of the 37 other beaches on the island. The unit is exactly as described. Some said the mattress was too firm...

'Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property!'

'Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. 'The apartment is wonderful. You do need a car. Parking is free, but spots are very tight/narrow, twisty narrow steep driveway. You need to be comfortable driving in tight/blind spots. Communication through the VRBO system is a PIA, not a fault of the owners. The VRBO website and app is not very intuitive, nor renter friendly.'

"Excellent Stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for the past few days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated. Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. There is a variety of dining options available close in the area. It was a pleasure to have so many choices for meals, catering to different tastes. Furthermore, having a beautiful sandy beach directly accessible from the resort was a huge bonus. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the stunning Caribbean surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced stay with great amenities and dining options right on a lovely beach. I would happily return! "
