'My family and I have been traveling to the Lakes Region for 30+ years and have somehow never stumbled across Cold Spring Resort. I am so glad that we discovered it, as we enjoyed every bit of it. The unit that we stayed in was perfect for our family of five (two adults and three small children). The staff was extremely friendly and accommodated all of our needs. 'Beautiful. Fantastic view and access to the lake. Wonderful brook running near the cottage. Cottage was delightful.'

'Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!'

'Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.'

'Cute house with great views! Central to many restaurants, activities, and shopping. '

'Great house - perfect location! We enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the beach - and morning coffee on the dock by the canal in the backyard. Watching the fish in the water and catching a few resident ducks with babies swim by. By mid afternoon the backyard is in the shade and we enjoyed a few drinks/dinner and music on the deck. Short walk to the Pickleball/tennis courts was great to get a few games in. We will be back next year!'

'A great house for a multi-generation family get away. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Loved cooking on the grill on the back deck. Easy access to the beach and all the lake region of NH has to offer. '

'This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!'
