I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!'

'I’ll say the actual apartments set up was exceptionally cool. I loved the industrial look, the kitchen was beautiful and the large TV was really nice to watch shows on. That being said the apartment had clearly not been cleaned well. The bathroom had tons of mold on the shower floor. The shower also had little to no water pressure, than there was trash under the bed that clearly had been there for long enough to attract roaches. Which we saw and killed three that night. 'Parking is nightmare unless you have time once getting there. However traffic made us late so we rushed trying to find spot. Zero street parking allowed eventhough was told there would be some available. The BDSM gear hanging up in the bedroom where my daughter was staying was not what I wanted to see. If was going as spouse and myself would have enjoyed. I even specified during my communication with them it was myself and daughter. '

Originally this specific listing we unfortunately did not get , due to a “leak” the property had , host assigned us to a different listing which was a 1 bedroom our first one was a 2bedroom. Upon entering the apartments they looked run down and the area was not at all safe . There were homeless men walking around appeared to be on drugs , I also had my 1 year old son with me during all of this but I tried to push through and hope for the best . Entering the apartment...

'This location was perfect for our week stay in the area. We felt very safe and secure. We had some problems with a very strong storm blowing water under the door, and a thermostat issue, but the owners were on top of every message we sent, most of the time responding within minutes. They even changed the thermostat completely so no one else will have to worry. We will 100% stay here again when ever we are in the area.'
