'We stayed at Sunny 3BR Oasis for a week in early March 2026. This property had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions were answered quickly. We most appreciated the fenced in backyard with motion lights. Our two small dogs were fascinated with the lizards and the yard provided a safe place for hours of entertainment for them. This property was conveniently located for all of our excursions. 'Mooi nieuw hotel; we kregen een upgrade naar de grootste suite en hadden daardoor heel veel ruimte. Aparte woonkamer met volledige keuken erbij. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad met ligbedden en zitjes en ligt naast een grote shoppingmall met vele winkels en eetgelegenheden.'

'Stephanie is a great host. The coach house is very clean and comfortable and all of the extras available to us made the trip so good - like beach chairs, umbrellas, e-bikes. It’s a great location with Main Street walkable and fantastic beaches by car.'

'It was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. The owner was super responsive and very quickly to any questions I had. It was within walking distance of everything in Sarasota. It was nice and quiet and really cute. Definitely plan to stay here every time I visit. They even had an iron and a coffee maker and all the little things that I didn’t think I might need. Great location great owner.'
