'Charming, comfortable and very functional apartment. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. Street parking was easy and convenient with the purchase of a day pass. I greatly appreciated Earl’s communication.'

'The owner responded quickly when an email was sent. It was a short walk to downtown and great shopping. Building was well maintained. It is on the corner of an intersection, on the weekend it did get a bit noisy with people leaving the bars and being loud.'

'This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

'It was beyond a dream staying in a JellyBean row house, I would recommend it to anyone. I was right in the middle of St John’s. So close to the Rooms and all the food places I wanted to try. It was recently redone, so it’s modern and clean. Everything worked amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat. '

'Terrific communication with hosts.Gave help with door lock instructions when needed, AND put retrieving my forgotten medication into action so that I had it with me when we flew home! 'We were met at the property by Bob the host and he spent a lot of time with us showing us around and explaining what was available locally. Very helpful and much appreciated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need. Also there were a lot of basic food items so check in before you shop! The village restaurant is very good and just a few minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket is aout a 10 min drive as is the fresh sea food store. The harbour is very scenic and a...

It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. "We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen beleg. Iets aan fruit, natuurlijk muffins. In koelkast staan waar yoghurtjes, melk, jus en appelsap, De locatie prima, dichtbij en beetje het uitgaanscentrum, met prima restaurant in de directe omgeving. In onze ogen daardoor een stuk minder dan we verwacht hadden, bij het zoeken naar accommodaties hadden we criterium 8+ aangegeven daar voldeed het voor ons niet aan. "
