I will give a mixed review about location as it’s excellent for walking and seeing St. John’s but it is next door to a park with several sketchy people hanging out nightly. 'Great stay. Petty Harbour room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the private bathroom with shower and Native brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again.'

'Very small room with tiny ensuite, all very clean with decent amenities. Ceiling fan & window that opens kept place a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Although shared kitchen had a large water bottle for filling a glass, individual bottles would be preferable for convenience. Fridge & freezer were convenient but didn’t use the kitchen or shared sitting area. No real room to sit other than on bed, even though 2 chairs & a small table were provided. Wasn’t there to hang out in room though so...

'We spent 3 nights in an ocean view suite with a hot tub. The view was amazing! The room was fully equipped with a kitchen and utensils. Entrance was by key pad so we didn’t need to check in at the front desk. The room, view and hot tub were absolutely beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there.
