The Charming Bellagio Boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. Yasmin and her staff provided excellent customer service and treated us like family. Yasmin arranged for our pickup in Milan and never stopped helping us make plans and reservations. Our mornings started with an amazing breakfast of fresh pastries, rolls, eggs, cheese and ham (way too much). The room was very nice, clean and spacious and the location was superb. We had a view of the lake and were just an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Un séjour plus que remarquable
Bonjour à tous Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire sur ce site fin septembre 2023 Ce magnifique hôtel est idéalement situé et on ressent vraiment lors de l'accueil la volonté de tout faire pour nous satisfaire les gens sur place ont la réelle volonté de bien faire leur métier nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac quand au petit déjeuner il est royal Il y a aussi une piscine magnifique avec des coins repos L'accès touristique se fait à pied facilement et il y a aussi un petit train apprendre près de l'embarcadère où l'on peut aussi traverser le bac en piéton ou avec une voiture Le petit train vous permet de découvrir les différents endroits à visiter C'est vraiment un site très romantique avec des bancs et l'on peut voir le lac et se détendre Vraiment nous vous conseillons cet hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix remarquable

Lovely property just up the hill. It’s a short walk from town but quiet and apart from the crowds. The ladies couldn’t be nicer and more helpful on where to eat, calling us a taxi, recommendations for our stay. Breakfast was adorable. Would recommend.

Great place to stay - quality accom and staff
Great place to stay in Bellagio- staff are super friendly, and provide guidance and assistance in maximising what you can do and where to go - and will arrange bookings in quality restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble, and the facilities are excellent - rooms made up daily The hotel is on the edge of the busy town centre - so easy walk in - yet very quite and comfortable.

Perfection in a small package.
Wonderful from start to finish. I wanted something simple but clean but I got so much more. Great location and the room was perfect for me, with a lovely view over Lake Como. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even letting us leave luggage there after check in whilst we explored Bellagio before our next stop. The breakfast was a huge surprise, with more excellent food than I could eat! When visiting again, I will be staying here, hopefully for more nights

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered recommendations to nearby restaurants and activities. The hotel rooms were very clean and modern. They have a nice pool area and offer poolside service with delicious drinks and snacks. The balcony view was simply breathe taking of the mountains and lake. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bellagio area. The Hotel is about a half a mile from the main strip of restaurants and shops.

Nice people and good location.
Extremely friendly staff. Really loved our stay. The location was great, the welcome was warm and accommodating. They need to get rid of the frame around the mattress as it takes up too much space and is unnecessary. The bathroom is very tight. But, I would recommend with those caveats as the people were so friendly. Lovely pool too.

Wonderful
Beautiful place in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time in Bellagio. You might need to take a taxi to get there as it's uphill from the docks, but other than that it's perfect!

This was a great way to start off our 2 week stay in Italy. The staff were so helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were fantastic. Cannot say enough about our stay here. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for others liking at a stay in Bellagio.

Jasmin welcomed my daughter and I when we arrived and was exceptionally helpful! She provided us with restaurant ideas and told us areas to enjoy throughout Bellagio. This beautiful hotel was just as described. We had a balcony room with a view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at this charming boutique hotel. I look forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely lovely staff, and more than adequate facilities. That said, to be blunt, the 'little' amenities were less than impressive - charging for the Nespresso cups, no soap in the shower (stupid little plastic packets for shampoo) - but let's be frank: who cares?! this is Bellagio!!

Petit boutique hotel bien placé, à proximité du centre de Bellagio (10 minutes à pieds), avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les jardins Serbelloni. Chambre confortable dans une ambiance de pension de famille avec un personnel particulièrement attentionné et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est par ailleurs copieux er de qualité. Un seul bémol : un prix qui resort quand même à un niveau élevé.

We had such an enjoyable and relaxed holiday which was thanks to this fabulous hotel. Yasmin and her family are great hosts and so accommodating and knowledgeable with ferry/boat times, good restaurants, things to do in the area and with providing drinks by the pool. :-) The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels. The location of the hotel is 10 minute walk to Bellagio. The pool was great at the end of the day to chill, Given these strange times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Yasmin had implemented suitable safety precautions and as a family we felt completely comfortable. Recent additions to the hotel are a sauna and hot tub in a basement spa; which can be used for an additional cost. I cannot recommend Charming Bellagion Boutique Hotel high enough. We thoroughly loved our stay. Thank you!

Best boutique hotel in Bellagio
Everyone at this hotel is wonderful. Jazmin was so helpful with directions on the best way to get to Padua which was our next stop. The hotel is so cozy and pretty and they have done an outstanding job of decorating it. We would come back in a heart beat
