'Booked a week in advance. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the lock box. Security guards had no number to call. Found a number in my email. Called and went through the prompts just for them to hang up on me. Called back and then the manager pulled in. She searched around trying to find the key then offered me a different place. We chose that place because it was on the water. So didn’t want a different place. She magically found the key about 30 minutes later.'

'The place was very clean. Great area of town. If I had to make one suggestion it would be about the shower. You have to get in to turn on the water and it’s a big step getting into the shower. If you had an elderly person, I think some sort of rail is needed. That is the only comment. The place was perfect for us. '

'Property was as pictured in listing. Listing did not specify that pool would be closed during our stay, so we had 3 very disappointed kids when we arrived. We did not receive check in instructions by noon on day of check in. Message sent on VRBO went unanswered. 'Since we did not get our noon emails from either VRBO or the host, we called the host at 2:16 PM for entry instructions and permission to check-in earlier at 3:30. She was very friendly and gave us verbal instructions for entry and permission for a 3:30 PM arrival.The facility and our room was beautifully restored.The 2 of us used only the big bedroom with 2 Kings and used only 1 bed. 'Unit was spectacular. Communication with host was fantastic. I was very impressed. The host really went above and beyond by including travel toiletries and accessory’s in the unit, along with some snacks and water. Truly a wonderful touch. I would absolutely come back.'

'Small unit. Beds enough for eight but only a small couch to sit on. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. Trash and ketchup under the couch, along with the sheet, blanket and hair left by the previous guest. Bunk bed slats are cracked and the mattresses sag. Hair in the bath towels. No kitchen towels.
