'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors. Between 6 and 7 cleaning started making noise and at 8am waking you up allready asking to clean room. The breakfast area felt like Eurodisney. To summarize, more a hostal then a hotel. When you...

'we had a very lovely room with view of the harbor for boats heading out of Lan Ha Bay, it had a nice attached bathroom. We were looking for a peaceful place to read books and do some walking. I would recommend booking the second floor harborview room'
