'We loved our stay. The staff makes you feel like family. Alex the bar tender is great. Ceasar in the restaurants will make sure you have exactly what you need for a great experience. Paul takes care of everyone during the day. Many more were exceptional, but those three are top notch. Very quiet and not much night life on property, but you are very close to great restaurants and the Malecon Boardwalk Vallarta is a short walk. We will be back.'

'Safe place for family, seniors & expats. Beach 'Los Muertos' is 2-3 blocks away. Walkable to restaurants, Malecon. I felt safe all the time. Uber was fast to move to further places, safe and way cheaper. Best Tacos Stand by 'Farmacia Guadalajara ' and best shrimp and cocktail/tostadas stand 'El Paisa' between corner of 'calle Libertad' and 'calle constitucion'.'

'There were lots of pool tiles inside the pool that were either missing or loose both on the floor of the pool and surrounding the inside of the pool. The larger tiles were also extremely dirty and it felt like the pool could need a really good clean, although the water did appear to be clean and was a lovely tepid temperature '
