'First and foremost Sara (guest experience coordinator) was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail of our 10yr anniversary was spot on. The property is amazing and the staff provided the best service we’ve ever received. Shout out to the valet crew for dropping off and picking us up at all our local reservations. My wife and I couldn’t get over what an incredible service the house car is. Kudos to your entire staff for making this a very memorable...

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really luxurious and the facilities are really nice and cosy. We also rented bikes and used the gym, both were excellent. The location is also great and alows you to walk to the many restaurants, shops and wine tasting locations in Yountville. We would definitely stay there again.'
