Not access the lobby at 9 at night and had to stand in an unconditioned small area and use a small window .. we were only there for an overnight between stops so value was good '

"Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response.
