'My wife and I rented this place for a getaway weekend. The place was very updated and clean. The location (close to the beach and downtown) was geat as well. Communication with the owner was awsome! The only suggestion I have is the TV could be updated. It is not a smart tv, so you cant choose to watch Netflix or other streaming services. It's still 5 stars though, and I would stay there again if in the area.'

'The loft was exactly as pictured. We found this space perfect for us. Our only recommendations would be to replace washer. It had a lot of mold in that we did try to clean because the smell was invading our space. Also need a darker window cover for laundry area to loft as it was very bright in our bedroom when others were using it. Otherwise, space was luxurious and comfortable. Will stay again.'

'This redone building is awesome! Roomy and has everything you need. Jocelyn is wonderful! She meets you in-person, which I loved! She is close by in case you need anything, but is very respectful of your privacy. The property has 4 units and they all share a common area out back where the hot tub is. The individual fire pit areas were amazing! We will be back for sure!'

'We booked this condo for a quick, little girls weekend and it was perfect. Great amentaties and the location was perfect for shopping and drinks. The check in and out process was seamless, and access is very easy. Highly recommend!'

'This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! It’s only 15-20 minutes from the beach, the space and affordability were definitely worth that drive, and Coloma was such a cute town to explore as well. It was very clean, plenty of space for our family of 4, they had snacks and coffee and toiletries there for us. Rick was very responsive to my questions. It doesn’t show it in the photos, but the house does have curtains and and/or blinds on all the windows in case you’re worried about...

We were in town for a wedding and it was a very comfortable place for us to stay and easy access to where we needed to be.'

'Gorgeous modern home! The owner was super easy to talk to and reasonable. No cleanliness issues at all. Although the functionality of the outdoor built-in speakers during grilling or ceiling speakers for films would have added to the experience, it did not impact the overall excellence of our stay. The views were incredible. Overall, highly recommend!'
