'This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...

'You can hear every single sound from neighbors, especially the ones on the top floor. If they decide to start walking late at night forget about sleeping. The neighborhood is not very nice either. I wouldn’t recommend. Wifi didn’t work for a full day (although not the property’s fault necessarily), and they ask you to take the trash out or you have to pay $50.'

'It was easy to find and enter. Nice walk to the park and to an outside place to have drinks, and enjoy the wonderful weather. The place was clean. Only had a couple minor issues.'

'Easy to talk with Host and the stay was nice. The floor does creek a lot in the common areas but not sure if that affects downstairs. The facade of the building looks much better than what it is portrayed in Google Map- that photo was in 2023. We would book again.'
