'The check in was effortless. The kitchen facilities were great and well stocked. You might want to bring some ice because the freezer is small. The tub was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked great. The location was really nice. We would walk up the 88 stairs to upper Spring street grab coffee and come back to the cottage, sit on the adorable patio and do the crossword puzzle. A pretty great way to start the day. '

'Great location for a stay in Eureka Springs. The parking is a great perk, in addition to the little patio space! You’re close enough to everything without being on the main road (with the noise). The space inside is perfect for two. Just watch your shins on the bed frame - the corners at the foot of the bed stick out!'

'This property was absolutely perfect! We come to Grove at least once a year to visit family and have been looking for the perfect place to stay each time we come- well we have found it! The layout is awesome- especially with have little kids with us. Love that each room has its own bathroom and every bed is king size with exception of the bunk bed/sleeper sofas of course. So much space to spread out and not feel cluttered. Everything was VERY clean and very well maintained. I can’t rave enough!...
