'Clean'

'Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the TV channels included NHK, a channel from Japan that I enjoyed. Room was located at the end of the hall next to an exterior door and I don't know if it was that door, or other room doors around me, but I heard door closings which seemed loud in my room, until late evening. The bathroom power outlets were not working so I had to use the hair dryer outside the bathroom. A minor inconvenience. Free breakfast is included and a nice amenity. Breakfast area...

'Not sure if my room had not been used in a while because there was spiders and webs in the corner of the room. There was long hair on one of the towels and on the coffee maker. Dings and scratches all over walls. I know the hair isn't from me im bald'

The tile in the shower was loose and barely hanging on. The room was really dated in style, No lamps, just two light fixtures near the entrance door. It needed paint, but I would do that until it was renovated. So, the nightly cost correlates with the room that needs a lot of attention. You get what you pay for. Don't expect much...

'I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, the AC was broken, and there was trash left sitting in the hallway during our stay. It did not feel clean or properly maintained at all. When I discovered the roaches, I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said they were unable to accommodate us because the hotel was fully booked for Bottlerock weekend and there were no rooms available.
