'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'I knew the accommodation was old. That was part of the appeal. But it was not maintained well. Furthermore there was no WiFi in the room which I really needed. Eventhough the staff was friendly and apologised, no compensation was offered...'
