'The AC didn't keep the room cool. There were stains on the carpet. We were suppose d to have an ocean front room, we got street view and they wouldn't work with us because we used a third party (Expedia) make reservations. We also had to pay for our parking, $15 that we didn't know about.'

'My family and I stayed at this hotel two years ago while passing through Birmingham and decided to stay here again on a second pass through trip as it was fairly decent the first time. The property is in a good location for us. The lobby was welcoming; however that was where anything positive to say about the property stopped. The other areas of the property were just not maintained: dirty walls, damaged drywall that had not been repaired, scratches in wood. We were traveling with our dog on...

'This was a great place to stay. The pool was nice and it was a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The people that live at the complex full time were very nice and friendly. We will forsure stay here again in the future!'
