'The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.'

'We needed a place to stay for a group of 11 people ranging from Grandma to 6 year olds. This place was great! The bunk beds for the kids was great and the multiple bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space to get cleaned up. The double washer and dryer with soap were also greatly appreciated! I can’t say enough about this place! Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap supplied in the bathrooms, plenty of towels for everyone. Fenced in and secured back yard so no need to worry about hanging out...

'Expedia says checkout @12, the hotel said it was 11:30. When asking for a late checkout the front clerk bluntly said she can’t do that for me and I had to figure out myself that if I became a rewards member for free I COULD have a late checkout. Rude of her not to tell me and a crappy hotel policy to force a rewards sign up for a late checkout. '
