Staff was helpful to show the way around & paper labeling info made it easy. my bed had a curtain through stairs but right below the kitchen. most people were asleep but there are no quiet hours & some people were speaking where you could hear until after midnight. Assured us she could provide transportation pickup from the bus drop off to her lodge. This was NOT true! When we called for a pick up, she said she was too busy and could not pick us up.
