'This hotel is comfortable, charming, and convenient. WE feel very much at home here when we stay in Cottonwood. This is our go-to place -- we would only stay at another hotel if they didn't have any rooms available. My only warning is that you should let them know if you need a room on the bottom floor. The top-flor rooms can only be reached by stairs.'

'Perfectly located for walking to the PHX Arena. Lots of cute shops, restaurants and coffee nearby as well as a grocery store and CVS. The hotel is very old, large step up to the bathroom, old school like 1899 decor. If I go back I’d want to get a Star room like Mae West or Marilyn Monroe. Ice is on the 3rd floor. Business center/ gym/ Pool were closed. '
