'It’s a nice Hotel. I stayed there for business. Friendly staff. The hotel is not big, has 4 floors. It is located in a nice area where most of fast food restaurants are. '

Ik vroeg aan de bediend of alles OK, was - het was immers een prepay boeking. Ze bevestigde dat dit prepay was. De volgende ochtend krijg ik de factuur waarop een charge op mijn credit kaart staat. Ik vraag aan de (ditmaal andere) bediende waarom dit is, ik had de kamer immers vooraf betaald. Ze geeft aan...

'We had a very great day. We were in town for a family funeral. We were greeted with Smiles and welcomes upon entering the property. We found the property to be clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and field once it got low up on checkout we were thanked for staying & were told to come back again'

'I can not say enough good things about this hotel and staff. The over all friendliness, courtesy and respect from the employees was impeccable. Ashira, Ms Yolanda, Ms Cheri & Brittany made our stay so much better. From daily greetings to food recommendations to anything and everything we could need. Will definately stay again everytime we visit Gonzales'
