'The resort as a whole was incredible. Snorkeling on beaches right at the hotel was great, even saw a couple of sea Turtles, exotic stingrays, and a tone of fish on the reefs without doing a boat excursion. The pools and slides were awesome with the river rapid ride. Places to eat are mostly around the Royal Tower and Coral, but the shuttles are super easy to use to get around. 'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'Although the staff was very nice, we were not very happy with the rooms. The decor was nice and the kitchen had everything needed but… Our first room was not cleaned well. The bathroom grout was dirty and the carpet sticky. We moved to another room and although that one was very clean there was an issue with the air conditioning. The room was always very humid.
