'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'The bartender/ dining hostess wasn’t so pleasant. Did not tell us to go to our table or even acknowledge us. Took 10 minutes for her to walk to our table. The other staff were professional & very respectful & pleasant. Easy upgrade! Beautiful rooms & hotel. Food was AMAZING, pricey but well worth it! Will definetly book again. '

'Het was gelegen aan een prachtige strand, maar daar blijft het ook bij. Bij het inchecken kregen we een hele vieze kamer met een nare geur (beestjes in de kast, wc die niet doorspoelt). Drie uur later werden we pas voorzien van een ‘nette’ kamer voor 1 nacht, om de volgende ochtend weer te verhuizen naar een andere kamer waar we daadwerkelijk voor geboekt hadden, namelijk de VISTA met volle zee zicht.
