'This hotel was absolutely terrible. The conditions sucked; we had barely any water the whole stay and we were woken up by a “false alarm” fire alarm 2 nights out the 3 we were there. The hotel smelled horrible throughout the hallways, and there were roaches near the vending machines that didn’t even have water in them. The rooms were clean though, and the only reason you might want to stay here is for the free Atlantis passes. However, it isn’t worth it at all. Next time, I will be staying at...

'Beautiful location amazing beach and lovely staff. Although there are restaurants and a large buffet it is very difficult to get a spot at the restaurants. They make you go to the buffet for the first 2 nights. Probably to save money. The pool was big but a lot of Debris on the bottom.
