'Easier to make dinner resos. I booked then get a notification 1 hour before it’s cancelled ? No explanation… then of course had no resos for that night.
We got placed in what seemed like the older area west wing rooms were okay but east was better cleaner last time we were there
Food portions to be of better value. We ordered room service one time for the kids literally 10 fries given for $20 meal
Staff by the beach area food trucks drink huts can be more friendly . Look miserable doing...

'Stay away from this Hotel unless you want to be ripped off . Our room was unacceptable ie light bulbs out , drawers unopenable to the point where a lot of people complained, even joked about it . Mirrors that looked 50 years old with need thru , poor plumbing , remote bad on TV water dripping thru AC vents in ceiling right onto hallway floor (Dangerous ) you have to book all your restaurants 2 days in advance just to have a chance to get to the terrible food offered . Only the Buffet was...
