The only issue I had was when parking In the pad outback of the house it was a pain at times because others were parked in the alley making it hard to park or pull out of the parking pad '

The downstairs room is not a "bedroom" nor did it have a queen bed - it is a sectional of multiple 3'x3' "ottoman type squares. The family room has a GIGANTIC TV, which is nice, but there is only seating for 3 people on a very small couch. 'The place was perfect! Everything was clean and well up to date. The place was located in a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to almost everything. Checking in was very simple. Will definitely be staying there again next time in town. '
