'The whole property needs remodeling and need a elevator they giving me a room on second floor with no elevator in the building . Im a visitor I had a struggle getting up the the steps because I'm disabled and I had paid my money and they didn't have an elevator I was so surprised and shocked the carpet was filthy the AC was tape up to hold the front on . . It took me a minute or two a while to get up to the struggle up the steps.'

I called Expedia but Expedia could not help. The guy at the hotel had me call the owner (a horribly rude woman) who said that I was a "no-show" because I did not show up before the office closed. But my reservation (with Expedia) did not say anything about showing up before 7 PM. I was desperate, 3.5...

'I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...
