'As a graphic designer, I admire all the signage and details of The Sparrow. Super hip and modern. The room was perfect. All the nice amenities of the bright orange mini-fridge & water kettle to make warm beverages. Medina (front desk clerk) went way beyond to assist me. I injured my knee so she helped me load my luggage & bags on a trolley to take up to my room as I parked. The private parking lot was right there. The outdoor area is nice and the coffee shop was surprisingly tasty and...

'Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. '

New build, large spacious rooms, large TV, table for dining, couch and coffee table, larger refrigerator, coffee maker in room, large bottle of soap that you pump at bathroom sink and shower, fresh baked cookies and apples availabe anytime of day. Breakfast was great and they kept the dining area clean while dining, fire pit outside to sit around. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Highly recommend!!'
