'We had been looking forward to coming here for a few years but it sadly didn’t live up to standard. The photos on the listing are outdated (taken when the property first opened years ago) The property is now looking tired and the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to have much of a clue! Our waitress took one drink order at a time! We have stayed in much nicer and better value for money lodges in the park. The safari however was exceptional and our ranger was outstanding in knowledge.'

'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad, echter een paar kleine puntjes van aandacht. De familiekamer is eigenlijk van alle gemakken voorzien, de airco werkt goed, een nette badkamer, een hoog plafond wat de kamer erg ruim doet lijken etc. Wat ons ietwat tegenviel was de grootte van de bedden. Ca. 1,40mtr bij 1,90mtr is tegenwoordig echt te klein voor volwassenen om als tweepersoons bed te kunnen fungeren. De kwaliteit van de bedden, was, hoewel erg belangrijk, eigenlijk het enige wat tegenviel...

'Bijzonder geheel... leuk om gezien te hebben. Perfecte game drive gehad. In 4 uur tijd de big 5 gezien. Waterglijbaanpark was ook leuk. Hotel zelf is bijzonder veel overdaad aan afrikaanse protsigerheid. Kamer was een beetje gedateerd.'

'Large comfortable bed, very big for city hotel standards. Check in was fast and efficient, and portiers were very attentive. However, the loud interior decorating was definitely not to our taste and the in-room dining Caesar salad was not tasty. The breakfast selection was varied. Waiters were fast and attentive. The milkshakes, which we ordered after reading some reviews, lived up to the fame! All in all a comfortable city hotel.'

'The orst stay for me at a resort so far. There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. 'Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon '

Slaapbank zeker niet aan te raden
"Alles was prima maar mijn kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank en dat was een bank wat je uittrekt en dan lig je eigenlijk op de grond . Ik heb er ook een nacht op geslapen en had de volgende ochtend pijn aan mijn rug . Dus als je niet op de slaapbank hoeft te slapen doe het niet want het ligt echt heel erg slecht . Kan je net zo goed op de grond gaan liggen . "
