'This place was much cleaner when it first opened. Now the rooms are in need of mor attention. Sheets had holes in them towels was very dingy a white towel looked beige, had hair on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Chair in the room stained. This place can definitely use some TLC.'

'Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.'

'The hotel and staff were fine but my room not so much. The fridge in the room was off and I had to trouble shoot how to get it plugged back into the wall behind the cabinet. The was not working when I checked and had issues my whole stay. It would work for brief period and the compressor would stop and only the fan function would work. At the very end of my trip they offered for me to move rooms but at that point was just looking to sleep and be up early for my flight out.'

'I usually don't leave reviews but this time I will make an exception. Although this hotel may not be located in the best section of the city, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was therefore first week of the world cup and the day the Knick won the championship. Although that had a larger than normal crowd the managed the parking, breakfast and maid service professionally and quickly. Inwould definitely stay here again.'

'The accommodation was really dirty. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was a cockroach on the curtain of the bathroom. The bathroom was so dirty. The bed looked clean, but the room was on the streetside so very noisy. I didn’t stay in the hotel because of the dirtyness. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggages up the stairs'
