'The hotel was horrible. The reception area smelled like cat piss. They over did it with the fabuloso and or pine sol where it irritated the nose. You had to go to the lobby to get ice. You had to go to the lobby to pick up any food delivery. I wouldn’t stay here if the next stay was free.'

'This was by far the worse place I have ever encountered. The hallways smelled like Clorox but I guess that was to cover the smell in the room and the marijuana coming from other rooms. The pillows were disgusting, the sheets were stained and looked dirty the comforters had holes and stains on them and the towels were gross with holes on them oh and let’s not forget there must of been repairs done to the wall because there were hole patched up and never painted. I would never recommend this...

'I should have known there was going to be a problem when a bug crawled across my paperwork when I was checking in. This was not a good experience. There was hair on one of the pillows, as if the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. The towels and washcloths look like what I use to wash my car - threadbare, frayed, and stained. I had low expectations for this hotel, and my actual experience came in even worse. Never again.'

'I liked that the beds were comfortable I didn’t like if you are on the first floor towards the parking area, you heard all the noise in the back I also didn’t like that, I tried to reserve the room. They told me they didn’t have two queen beds so I then went online and found the same room with the two queen beds $100 cheaper so always go online to book.'

'Het is in de Bronx, maar net over het water en de plek was daarmee prima. Kamer en bedden ook prima, we hebben goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was minder met zoete wafels of een vette omelet met kaas er in [of een hamburger!] op toastbrood, maar ja , we zijn anders gewend in Europa....'

'The accommodation was really dirty. The first thing I saw when I walked in the room was a cockroach on the curtain of the bathroom. The bathroom was so dirty. The bed looked clean, but the room was on the streetside so very noisy. I didn’t stay in the hotel because of the dirtyness. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggages up the stairs'

'The air conditioning wasn’t working I was on room 410 on the 4 floor too hot in the room on the bed there was a die roach'

'The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner.'
