'The house was a very practical base for exploring the MD Eastern Shore. It is a comfortable house with an idyllic setting beside the water and with shade trees that do not obscure the view but do provide shade at the water’s edge. Plenty of windows from the kitchen/dining room, downstairs living room, and table tennis room open up the water views. The setting is relatively quiet, just a little background noise from a distant bridge, and we saw Great Blue Heron’s and Canadian Geese in the water....

'Beautiful home and wooded lot, just steps from the Choptank River. The owners are friendly & check to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We arrived very late the first night and they left us coffee and cream in the fridge for the next morning. This property is very private, yet close to all shopping and dining. Crystal clean in-ground pool, dock with chairs, firepit, fishing poles, grill, kayaks. We will be back! '

'The staff was very nice and helpful. Jenny at the front desk was very nice and Karen did a great job back in the continental breakfast area. Parking was convenient. The bathroom space is quite small and congested but workable. I wish we had a place to change in the bathroom but it's too small for a changing area. We still had a decent visit. It was quiet and at night the A/C wasn't loud. The place was close to shopping and sightseeing.'

'Onze kamer (3 hoog) had uitzicht op de baai, mooi dus. In de buurt zijn er genoeg restaurantjes om lekker te eten. Het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen, maar ach, genoeg mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving. Wel koffie of thee op de kamer. Het sfeertje van Kent Narrows is vrij uniek. Dit hotel gekozen omdat de kamer een balkon heeft en het verder van de snelweg af is dan de andere 2 hotels. Via de Bay bridge ben je na een half uur in Annapolis of rij je in 1 uur naar de buitenwijken van Washington DC....

'The Wildset is a must stay in St. Michaels. Great location, wonderful staff and service. Make sure you dine at their location for dinner, RUSE, one of the best restaurants I have ever dined in. Wonderful time and will definitely will go back!'

'Staff was good for the most parts a little slow in the morning for breakfast. General restroom was out of toilet paper in both stalls. Other than that it was a good stay. '
