'Our room was very clean! The main front desk clerk was great and very helpful when we arrived late evening! My husband and I were here for our anniversary! What drew me to the Lodge and area was the spa and all they had to offer! We enjoyed a couples massage! Would definitely recommend the spa and hope to visit again soon'

'When we arrived to check in we were notified by the staff that we’d have to change cabins the next day. They said it’s because the resort is a timeshare and the owner wants to use the cabin we’re staying in the next day. They said they’d move us to cabin 13. We asked why we couldn’t go to cabin 13 and they said because it’s not clean yet. I suspect that we were supposed to be in cabin 13 originally but they didn’t get it clean in time. 'I only stayed there for a few hours, but to check in nobody told me that you had to head to a different building behind a gas station down the block. So I show up at the property and walk in and there's no place to check in, so I call them'

'Location is superb! You can just walk to the scenic lake shore. Room is big and clean. Front desk lady is super nice and warm hearted. She gave us very useful local information and we had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant she recommended. We will certainly re-visit Walker and will stay in this wonderful hotel again.'

'I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. '
