'Absolutely beautiful!! Loved the chocolate shoppe and the highly recommend the pretzle!!!'

'We think the history of Cragun's is really neat. We enjoyed the views from our room and the food at Lakehouse Bar and Grill. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to the age and additions of the resort, it does not have the most mobility friendly environment and it was difficult for my older parents. There are many steps and levels. We also think for the price paid for a room, supplies for the "kitchen" area - such as dish soap and hand and drying towels should be provided for ALL rooms....

'My room was right on the water with a large belcony and an electric fire place. Pool and hot tub open year round. Bar and restuarant on site. Great place.'

'An old building with new furniture. Smells bad. Shower not strong at all. To much money for this quality'

'This is a great location and nice complex. The challenge is the building we were in is getting run-down. There is literally a hole at the bottom of the main entry door. The door to the balcony in the unit will not deadbolt shut, the trash compactor (yes, it still has one) is beat up and difficult to open and close. We had to get maintenance for the TV and fireplace in order for them to order properly. Since this is a timeshare properly, come with all your toiletries, they do not provide...

'It wasn't absolutely horrible. It just felt dank or off. First time I've ever not been able to take it. We went into the room and just kind of laughed and then quietly left and found a different place. Keep in mind it was only like 110$'

'This a beautiful spot, conveniently located near Walker. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms and common area are cozy and beautifully decorated. Gary was a wonderful host.'

'The hot tub had broken before we checked in, BUT the guy worked until he fixed it! Thank you! We know the facility is old, but because of that…the pool/hot tub appeared grungy. The employees we encountered were fabulous! We did not go there to fish, but it looks like that may be what most people are there for! The restaurant was really good. Great food!'

'Nice place and great location'
