If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. 'Short walk to the beach to watch the sun rise and go back and watch the sun set over the bay. Baja restaurant is a stones throw away you can walk there for dinner.Its quiet the wildlife is great to watch you’re right on the water. It’s adorable inside everything you need. The owner was wonderful available for your needs any time! Definitely going back!'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
