'The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!'

'We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.'

'We had a wonderful time in Nautical Dream. The house was clean and renovated, kitchen is well stocked, the location is super. The house even had real piano which was a nice bonus.'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
