'I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again'

'Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left...

'We checked into our room. Two queen beds four people. When we entered the room it had a musty smell and we only had three bath towels for four people. The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. 'rooms were big. property was little smelly, not sure because of excessive hot summer weekend, can be improved. otherwise good at price'

'The property was close enough to Virginia Beach for us. Also close to places to eat. The check in and check out process was smooth. our only complaint was the noise from outside. The room on the 3rd floor had thin windows and we could hear road noise into the night. The breakfast was free, but we didn't eat because the dining room was crowded. A pass through the room showed a good amount of food choices, but we didn't want to sit in a crowd. OVerall, the stay was good. I'd go again.'

'When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for'

'This hotel was okay… i guess for the price it’s okay. Clean bed, clean bathroom but i will say the walls need deep cleaning, the rooms could smell better. There’s no actual person in the lobby… so it’s kinda hard to ask for something or if you need anything also no breakfast… it would be way better if there was breakfast included.'

When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. 'Friendly and helpful staff very professional'

'I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.'
