Kies je hotel in Chesapeake City County

'Quiet'

'Hotel staff was clueless, took 30 minutes to check in at 5:30, didn’t have rooms cleaned yet. Pool had green mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Staff was unfriendly, both maintenance, front desk, and management when alerted to the issues. Breakfast was clean and maintained well, probably the best maintained waffle machine I’ve ever seen. Food was fresh and updated regularly. Fix the front desk courtesy and housekeeping timeliness, and it’d be a 4/5.'

'A lot of loitering outside. Definitely didn’t feel safe. Place could have been cleaner. Need security'

'The room was clean and was nicer than I expected.'

'This property needs an update and a complete cleaning. Carpets need replacing. There is hallway odor because of carpets. Eventually a staff member worked on the plumbing. He said the drains were badly stopped up. Pool broken, hot tub broken. Staff not friendly. We left a day early due to discomfort with facility.'

'Great visit, staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Only issue is that toilet in my room rocked when I sat down. I would always forget then I went past the desk. I would definitely stay again though.'

'Our bathroom could've been cleaner'

'Our stay was very comfortable. The facility was clean and the rooms as well. The staff was very friendly.'
